چکیده

The current study aimed to research the chemical composition, antioxidant, herbicidal and antifungal effect three essential oils, as obtained from Thymus canoviridis Jalas., eriocalyx (Ronni.) Jalas. fallax Fisch. et C.A. Mey. Antioxidant capacities of oils were determined by 1.1dipheny1-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method. potential was tested in-vitro against Fusarium equiseti (Corda) Sacc., graminearum Schwab., moniliforme J. Sheld oxysporum Schlec. Bioherbicidal studied in-vivo weed seeds Amaranthus retroflexus L., Convolvulus arvensis L. Chenopodium album Essential assayed in laboratory concentrations (5, 10 20 µL/petri) one (20 µL/pot) concentration greenhouse. composition analyzed (GC) (GC/MS). major constituents p-cymene, 1,8-cineole γ-terpinene. As a result antioxidant study, it that had remarkable activity. On other hand, decreased mycelial growth pathogens at different rates due increasing doses inhibited 9.33-100% conditions. In bioherbicidal assays showed inhibitory effects on seed germination seedling weeds. concludes might has use bioherbicide biofungicide can constitute an alternative process control fungus.
